Caring for your candle

Let the wax melt to the edges, about [X] hours, so it burns evenly every time after.

ii.

Keep it at about 5 mm before each lighting for a clean, steady flame.

iii.

Gently lift any petals near the flame as the wax melts.

iv.

Never leave a lit candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets and drafts.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within [X] working days and usually arrive in [X–Y] days, depending on your city.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD is available on most PIN codes across India.

What is the last date to order for Diwali?

Order by [DATE] for delivery before Diwali. After that, we will still ship as quickly as we can.

What are Myaar candles made of?

[Wax type], fine fragrance oils, cotton wicks and real dried petals and blossoms.

How long does a candle burn?

Are the petals safe?

Yes. Simply lift any petals near the flame as the wax melts, as shown in our candle care guide.

Can I add a personal note?

Always. Add your message on the product page, in the gift box builder or in your bag, and we will handwrite it on a Myaar card.

Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Yes. Enter their address at checkout and tick “This is a gift” in your bag to hide prices on the invoice.
